Usage:Blood clotting accelerant can be widely applied to clinical diagnosis of serum sample preparation, get fast serum samples, can be used alone made coagulation promoting tubes, also can cooperate with serum separator gel to made of the separation gel tubes.

 The use of the environment:

1、The use of the environment:0~40℃.    

2、Drying temperature:lower than 60℃.

3、Storage environment:4~8℃.

Instructions for use:

1、Stir fully dispersed before use with mixer, if the sample spray time is longer, should be equipped with magnetic stirring.

2、Recommended add sample amount 16~20mg.

3、It should be keep at 55 ℃ in the drying oven after adding sample for about 2 hours, and keep at 40 ℃ in the vacuum drying oven for about 2~3 hours.

4、The storage temperature should be below 40 ℃ after made of vacuum vessel.

6、It should be Repeated strain 3~5 times after blood collection use the vacuum vessel of the blood collting accelerant.

6、The temperature should keep below 20 ℃, and appropriate to prolong the clotting time after irradiation.
